Hello and welcome to the new Hoffman app. The journey to discovering your authentic self continues long after the completion of a Hoffman course. The app is designed to provide ongoing support with guidance, practices, and visualizations to help you achieve your personal goals. It serves as a tool for inspiration and personal growth, conveniently available at your fingertips.

Even if you are not a Hoffman graduate, the app can aid you in building a deeper relationship with yourself and enhancing mindfulness in your daily life.

The app includes popular Hoffman tools and practices such as Quadrinity Check-In, Appreciation & Gratitude, Recycling & Rewiring, Visioning, Centering, Elevators, and Expression. Visualizations and meditations cover various topics like Forgiveness, Self-Compassion, Anxiety, Managing Stress, Relationships, Breaking Habits, Happiness, and Loving-Kindness.
